Create a Google Adwords account

First create a gmail account. Only do this if you do not already have one. You can create a gmail account at: http://www.mail.google.com
Once your gmail account has been created, go to Google Adwords: http://www.google.com/adwords
Follow the steps to create a Google adwords account. Use your GMail account user and password.
Ensure that you set your correct time zone when prompted.
Ensure that you also select the correct payment currency for your country.
Sign into your Google adwords account using your GMail user and password.
